Rental Information

Smith’s Clove Park offers 2 pavilions that can be rented out for family gatherings, birthday parties, and special events. The two pavilions are listed below with brief descriptions of each, along with pictures that showcase the layout for the different locations. The 'Use of Pavilion' Application must be filled out and handed in to the Park office with payment* in order to confirm your rental. Once confirmed, your event will appear on our Events Calendar page. Sorry, no scheduled rain dates.

2023 Application for Use of Pavilion (Resident) | Application for Use of Pavilion/Park Permit (Group/Non-Resident)

Payment will be submitted in the form of TWO checks. One will be for the fee to use the pavilion, the other will be for the refundable clean-up deposit. (All of which is listed on the link above). The 'Use of Pavilion' Application must be dropped off or mailed to the Park office at Smith's Clove Park, 133 Spring St, Monroe, NY 10950.   Please note that food trucks and ice cream trucks are not permitted in the park.  Bounce houses and other carnival type games are also prohibited.

The Lower End Pavilion is located just beyond the Park Office and adjacent to our three wonderful playgrounds. With convenient access to the playgrounds and parking located just a couple feet away, the Lower End Pavilion is ideal for any family party catering to an abundance of kids or one that requires constant replenishing of drinks and food. Bathrooms for this rental are located just a short walking distance away, on the back side of the Park office. Lights and outlets are provided inside the Pavilion.

The Upper End Pavilion is located past the basketball courts, providing a great overview of the entire park & adding a beautiful backdrop to any gathering where pictures will be a must. Restrooms are located outside the main office down the bottom of the hill.
