Camp Dates: 2011 July 5th through August 12th, 2011
Time: 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Extended Day: 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM and 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM

Fee Schedule: Monroe Residents $170.00 for 1 child
$125.00 each additional child
  Harriman & Kiryas Joel $210.00 for 1 child
$150.00 each additional child
  Extended Day Fee $2.50 per hour (not pro-rated)
Make checks payable to M.J.P.R.C.
($25.00 service fee for returned checks)

Registration Dates:  Mondays – Thursdays  starting May 9 to June 9  1:30pm to 3:30 pm
  Wednesday Evening  starting May 11 to June 8 6pm to 7:30pm
  Saturday June 11  11am to 1pm
     
 Parent Orientation  Saturday June 11  1pm to 2pm
 

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Proof of Residency is Required (Photo ID, Village or Town tax bill or Landlord’s Proof)Updated and signed immunization records are mandatory at the time of registration.
Requests for refunds must be received by June 30th in writing.
If granted, a $25.00 process fee will apply.Campers under 6 at the start of camps must be able to prove they have or will
successfully complete kindergarten (report card or note from school).
Campers are grouped by grades completed.
